Refunds:

• We do not accept refunds on any items purchased.

Exchanges:

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, a gift card or store credit in some cases product if available.

Final Sale:

• All sales are considered final. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.
