If you shall proceed and move forward with getting your custom art piece, the price will be consulted between buyer and artist if agreed-upon the consultation price will be put towards the custom art. If choosing to not proceed with Art design after consultation, the money paid for the consultation will be nonrefundable and given to the artist so that it accommodates the artist time that was wasted.
